Fanning the flames of Poland's gourmet burger obsession is this delicious restaurant/foodtruck hybrid leading a proper invasion of the city with eight locations and (possibly) counting. For the full menu, indoor seating, and alc, choose 'Pasibus Station' on ul. Włodkowica 37 or ul. Świdnicka 11; to sample the chicken burger head to the Arkady Wrocławskie Shopping Center; and for on-the-go eats and enjoying the weather try to spot one of their food trucks scattered around town. They're also conveniently located in the Wroclavia shopping centre, so you can even grab a bite while waiting for your train or bus. The 'redhot' burger is basically an eating challenge, with red curry paste, chili, and habanero, and other creations include unconventional ingredients such as sun-dried tomato and cranberry paste, plum-ginger chutney, and sunny-side-up egg; each can be made vegetarian by swapping the 100% beef patty for a meatless alternative.
