Another in a recent flurry of craft beer houses in Wrocław, Szynkarnia is a hog of a different colour, however. Doing bizarre double-duty as an ale house and deli counter stocked with locally sourced fine meats and cheeses, this unique establishment is more of a low-key neighbourhood hangout than party headquarters, despite a location bookending the pleasure strip of Pasaż Niepolda. Laid out with separate entrances to easily operate as both bar and butchery, in addition to the 16 tasty craft brews on draught, try the tasty Polish tapas, sandwiches and 'podpłomyki' - flatbread topped with the deli fixings of your choice - delicious! The white-washed timber-fitted space features a cosy mezzanine and basement as well, and the weekend breakfast (10:00-14:00) and daily lunch specials warrant return visits to this completely original and relaxed establishment at all times of day.
