Free yoga lessons with Izan Smaza with 6 years experience practicing Iyengar yoga. She has been a part of numerous workshops with teachers such as Faeq Biria, Abhijata Sridhar Iyengar, Christian Pisano, Robert Spica, Konrad Kocot and father Joe Pereira. During an annual trip around Asia, she spent three months in India, practising with Swati and Rajiv Chanchani, exploring her knowledge of the philosophy and history of yoga, pranayama, Hinduism and the culture of India itself.
