Quatsch Comedy Club

"Quatsch" is the delicious German word for nonsense, and there's plenty of it in the shows held at the comedy club in the basement of the Friedrichstadtpalast theatre. Set up by stand-up comedian Thomas Hermann in 1992, most shows are in German with new shows and artists every week, but look out for special international guests and the English-language "Strictly Stand Up" nights, held every 2-3 months. Drinks and snacks like nachos and hot dogs are available.
