The Island of Flowers! Created at the beginning of the 18th century but redesigned completely in the 1800s, Siebenbergen Island lies in the southern end of Karlsaue Park and is an absolute oasis of verdant tranquility and serenity. A botanical garden in all but name, more than 100 different species of plant from across the world can be found at Siebenbergen. Keep in mind that the island is closed during the winter months, because of course it is.
