One of two sites for this south-Lubuskie operation, the main point of activity for the Ingrid Vineyard is found in the tiny village of Łaz, a gently-sloping overgrown hillside just 10km east of Zielona Góra. The one-and-only Miss Ingrid, together with her equally-passionate husband, made the decision to cultivate this property in 2008 (Why wouldn't they? Everyone else in the neighbourhood was doing it at well!). Doing everything with their own hands, the couple have admitted that they were far from being connoisseurs in the early days, nor did they have a clue about viticulture in general. That has all changed, however, and now the Ingrid Vineyard has become one of the most prominent wine producers in the region. Wine tours and wine tastings are, of course, a key part of their operation, the latter lasting between 1.5 - 2 hrs at 40 - 45zł per person, depending on the numbers. Those who need to get a room after falling for the Ingrid label will be pleased to know that the estate also has rooms for overnight guests! Furthermore, Breakfast is included with the stay. While their wine shop is usually open during normal hours, the owners have politely requested that you call them before dropping by. Young families with children are welcomed too, however, the owners lament that there is yet to be anything for the kids to entertain themselves with!
