With 20 years of barkeeping experience under his belt, he definitely pulls out all of the stops when combining liquids. Try one of his signature drinks such as the Vertu Bellini (vodka, homemade peach puree and champagne), which we thoroughly enjoyed. Vertu also has a good selection of food including variations of paninis and pizzas and is also open in the morning for for early birds who come for the coffee and croissants.
