Beze Café (Безе Кафе)

Beze bills itself as A Gallery of Sweet Masterpieces, and that’s a fairly accurate summary of what this nice old-fashioned café is all about. It specialises in all kinds of Austrian desserts including strudels and the like. Inexpensive Belarusian meals are also served in case you feel guilty about not finishing all your vegetables first.

Good food and atmosphere, but be aware for one male waiter with short dark hair if you are a tourist. He are stealing money and comes back says you havent payd enough even when you have given 33000byr tip on a 147000byr bill. So be aware if you are a tourist and look like a tourist.

Nice cafe with friendly, smily staff and lovely food. I had chicken and nuts salad and zhulien of mushrooms-both beautifully presented, tasty and very reasonably priced. Cakes looked great so will try some next time!

Great poppy seed roll, probably the best I've eaten outside of Poland. The waitresses were very sweet and attentive in my experience (I kept going back for the poppy seed roll, so they remembered me.) Lunch was pretty good, as they didn't drown everything in mayonnaise, as some other Minsk restaurants seemed to do. It seems to be a hip place full of skinny Belarussian models, which only heightened the poppy seed roll experience for me.

A lot of chicken dishes as well as the cakes. Cozy though quite stylish place. Menus partly in English.
