A recommended cellar restaurant complete with knights in armour, painted ceilings and waitresses in green waistcoats, the food, a favourite among diplomats and wealthy wedding parties, is excellent albeit a little pricey. Recommended comes the Belarusian casserole, the ideal accompaniment to the live music that generally livens things up during the weekend.

i think,that upteka is one of the best cafe,bar restaurant with a very friendly atmosphere and english speaking workers.upteka is a must for every minsk visitor!!!
