The menu of this charming little Bistro, near the junction of the Old Town and Kapana, is based on the French/ German (from the Alsace region) counterpart to the pizza 'Tarte flambee'. Served on large branded wooden paddles, fresh from the oven, these thin crispy dough bases have a sour cream sauce base, usually topped with herbs, onions and bacon.
