Modern fashion enthusiasts will be interested to know that an exhibition at the Museum of Decorative Art & Design will cover an unusual topic – photographic portraits of fashion as seen through the eyes of designers from Iceland, Greenland and the Faroe Islands. Two artists and curators Sarah Cooper (USA) and Nina Gorfer (Austria) travelled through these exotic Northern lands over the course of two years exploring local culture and fashion creating staged portraits with the aid of local artists and designers. You can view the results in Weather Diaries from February 7 - March 31. Images: Ena Holds the Sea (2014). Photography © Cooper & Gorfer (Bibi Chemnitz); The Fifth Daughters (2014).
