Aleksandra Waliszewska explores in her art non-contemporary sources, often returning to the themes of oppression, torture, sexual subjugation and bestiality. The victims – less frequently than the perpetrators – are women, at the mercy of humanoid beasts and sadistic men. Waliszewska’s art is a morality tale for our time. The artist will talk about her new book "Work and Study" (and play her favourite songs) at the meeting at the club Pardon, To Tu.
