Down by the river is where all the action is when the weather starts to warm. The focal point of the district are the Vistulan Boulevards, which form a charming part of the riverbank, and from Gdański Bridge all the way along to Łazienkowski Bridge there is a hotbed of seasonal shipping container bars, floating party barges and fantastic food trucks. In the cooler months this is a great area to explore to uncover some of the city's most eccentric and innovative gastro venues, the Museum of Modern Art on the Vistula, and not to mention one of the best museums in the country in the Copernicus Science Centre. This is an area that's always been cool to hang around, but of late, it just keeps getting better and a visit to the revamped power station, Elektrownia Powiśle, cannot be overlooked...
