Winter magic returns to Warsaw for the 11th time this year. Last year the capital was illuminated with almost 4.5 million eco-LEDs and almost 1300 decorative elements - lantern illuminations, pendants, garlands, light curtains, icicles and free-standing decorations. 2019 is not going to be any different! Giant Christmas Tree on the Castle Square will be lighted on the 7th of December and the rest of the city will follow. Thousands of lights will illuminate the Old Town Square, the Royal Route (Krakowskie Przedmieście, Nowy Świat, Ujazdowskie Avenue, Belwederska Street), Grzybowski Square, Grzybowska Street and Emilii Plater.
