All three feed into the tasting menus at his inventive restaurant, where seemingly unlikely combinations are handled with confidence and precision. Opt for the signature “Maestro” menu and match it with one of the characterful wine pairings — Polish, Funky or Jazzy — which reflect both the mood and the jazz-inspired murals and soundtrack.
