When in Saint Tropez, the beauty and glamorous look of the beach and hotel scene make up part of the town’s story. There is this whole area of Old Town that is historic and educational for visitors. La Ponche represents the fishing village that was in existence a long time ago. Similarly, the Old Port (Vieux Port) which used to be the harbour of fishing boats is now the parking lot of expensive big yachts from all over the world. Nothing is old anymore, except for the stories told and the preserved designs of some old buildings in the area.

For cafe hopping and market delights, visitors head over to Place des Lices to experience the true authentic Saint Tropez’s food experience. Thereafter, completing the day at the beach, basking in the sun, may be ideal for many.
