This stylish, bohemian venue exudes a certain spirit of adventure, making it an apt place to visit while travelling. Famed for their original cocktails, signature food and aged spirits, the creative behind Dram is never one to keep things safe or easy: every quarter they reinvent their entire food menu and cocktails list around a new theme (and you can tell they put a lot of effort into it). Featuring seasonal ingredients and many plates designed for sharing, the food is really top-notch, and in the afternoons you can choose from a short list of two-course daily specials for 49zł. Live music is an important part of the equation here, with free concerts every day at 18:00, and residents of the Poznań music academy heading up their jazz jam sessions every Wednesday at 20:00. The bar staff are experts, and if you don't care for fancy mixed drinks, there's a wide selection of whiskies to snift. The open floor plan makes it feel like you're part of a social gathering, and the location around the corner from the market square actually feels like you're in a separate zip code from whatever shenanigans are happening there. All told, this is a great venue for making a night of it.
