The Mettis String Quartet returns to Klaipėda after their recent tours in Israel, Panama, United States and Canada! During the past couple of years the ensemble has not only had a busy concert and tour schedule but also garnered a few new prizes, including second prize and special prize in the 8th Bordeaux International String Quartet Competition, and top prize in the V. E. Rimbotti Competition in Fiesole, Italy. The tireless company of globe-trotting string players is made of Kostas Tumosa, Bernardas Petrauskas (violins), Karolis Rudokas (viola) and Rokas Vaitkevičius (cello).
