Olives, couscous, seafood- it will be a weekend full of Mediterranean aromas. It’s the 14th edition of the Festival of Good Taste, which attracts thousands of visitors to restaurants in Łódź. Although many people associate Mediterranean food with Italian and Greek meals, chefs will reach as far as Northern Africa and the Middle East. Zielona Restaurant prepared Israeli cuisine and Manu Cafe prepared a main dish consisting of risotto and the festival dessert, tiramisu. Awangarda will also prepare something sweet in the fight for it’s title in the rivalry between desserts.
