Grzegorz Turnau is a Polish composer, pianist, poet and singer. His concert Turnau Bedford Tour promotes his newest album Bedford School which is inspired by his memories of one year spent in an English primary school where he not only attempted to play rugby but also was introduced to John Lennon, Paul McCartney and many other great musicians of that era. The album is the first one recorded in English by the artist and its key feature is a casual, homey atmosphere: from intimate songs accompanied by solo piano, to songs saturated with the sound of Irish folk music. The concert's program includes songs by Billy Joel, Sting, Queen, The Beatles, and naturally many original songs by Grzegorz Turnau.
