A great addition to Minsk’s classy dining scene, Carpaccio is a small and intimate affair complete with the full requisite of pecking-order staff on hand to make meals go as smoothly as possible. The current global economic crisis meant we plumped for the good value business lunch, although if you’re looking to push the boat of a bit you won’t be disappointed. The menu features an intelligent slice of Italian cuisine including ravioli, gnocchi, black pasta and sorbet with vodka and champagne for pudding. If you can afford €30 for lamb and like to impress, come in the evening although you might like to book a table in advance.
