Pärnu Airport, originally part of a military airbase, is headquartered in a compact and modern building, but only has minimal services and amenities available.
Pärnu has a ´summer-only`direct connection with Helsinki. The flight is operated by NyxAir from May 25 to August 13. Flights depart on Thursdays and Sundays 13:10 from Helsinki and 14:25 from Pärnu. Flight time is 50 minutes.
From domestic flights you can fly year-round to Ruhnu Island. Line is operated by Diamond Sky (eestilennud.ee)

Getting to town Bus N°23 makes the 7km connection to the city centre, and operates according to the flight schedule. The tickets costs €3. A taxi ride would cost about €8 - 10. You can also opt for a taxi instead.
