The documentary City of the Dead, by director Miguel Eek, selected for the main competition at the MakeDox Creative Documentary Film Festival, premieres in Skopje, on August 26th at Kuršumli An at 21:00 with the attendance of the director. 
«Death is still a taboo that causes fear and curiosity. However, there are people who face it every day in their work and who have found ways to relate to it».
The film accompanies the workers of Palma de Mallorca’s cemetery and funeral home for a year. Its protagonists are people who face death on a daily basis and that have found another way to understand it. By exploring their interactions, sometimes dramatic, sometimes comical, we not only discover the unknown world of death, but also the personal stories of its inhabitants.
