Small but perfectly formed, Bistro Ćiba brings the tastes of home into the public sphere with an abundance of love and care. Quality too, as each dish is prepared with the skill of a veteran. Fish is king (this is Split, after all), but it is the marriage of taste and tradition that really sings at Ćiba. This is dining in Split as it used to be, as it should be.
