I just had a really unpleasant experience with the owner of the restaurant who refused to charge us by card and told us the only way of payment was to get cash out (and so pay a commission from our end). When we asked to be given a different solution - since we were not told Cash Only from the beginning. They got defensive and personal and refuse to help us in any way and we were faced with insults - which I don't even dare to repeat
