This popular travelling exhibition has finally made its way to Tallinn. Since 1995, Body Worlds has attracted more than 50 million visitors in over 140 cities across the world. The exhibition features real human specimens, including whole body plastinates and individual organs, offering visitors the unique opportunity to discover the human body. Special emphasis is placed on individual specimens showing comparisons between healthy bodies and organs and those with disease - for example, the longterm effects of smoking and alcohol abuse, as well as other common ailments like back pain, arthritis, cancer, obesity, and more.
