A Year of Never Ending Summer

The exhibition is a response to the project initiated by the Warsaw Art Academy titled "Man versus Nature: Biology in Art". Three artists (painters Anna Panek, Irmina Staś, and photographer Iza Maciusowicz) explore the notion of human connection to Nature and question the possibility of reviving their original intuitive bond. Is it feasible for art to become a way to express and build new ecological awareness? Can artistic creation convey the threat of humanity's annihilation? The artists focus their attention on the kinship between humans and animals, and their need to respect each other since they share the same living space.
