<p>The 12th edition of this festival is yet another chance for you to experience the music of Chopin and explore it in light of the works of his contemporaries - Bach, Mozart, Haydn, Bellini. Featured music includes Chopin’s personal favourites: opera, song, concert music, chamber music. These brave, but risky attempts, will transform Chopin’s works using different sounds and genres of music using modern as well as instruments from different periods in history. There are 42 planned events which will take place at venues around Warsaw, including: the National Philharmonic, the studio of Polish Radio S1, Basilica of the Holy Cross, and for the first time in Żelazowa Wola.</p>
