The Swedish rock band Roxette sans the charismatic singer Marie Fredriksson will be making a stop in Warsaw for a concert with a twist. When the lead singer of the popular band had to withdrawal from their tour in 2016 due to health problems, Per Gesele was forced to find a new direction. When forced to find a new direction Gesele worked on new material with long-time Swedish music partners Christoffer Lundqvist, Clarence Ofwerman, Anders Herrlin and Helena Josefsson, combined with a long list of the best American session instrumentalists. The result proved popular to fans and the band alike. Gessle emphasizes that the band is able to keep all aspects of Roxette music; from pop riffs to big ballads that are still on high rotations on radios around the world. Gessle also promises that there will be several musical surprises at the concerts.
