Rest. Baczewskich

  Aleja Jana Chrystiana Szucha 17 ,   City Centre          +48 888 52 26 68     28 Nov 2023
Having captured the spirit of art, culture and culinary traditions that constituted the Second Polish Poland (1918 - 1939), Rest. Baczewskich's unique menu of traditional Polish cuisine mixed with Galician and other influences from further east has proven to be a massive success within Warsaw's thriving gastronomic community. More recently, this idyllically-located restaurant is now serving breakfasts (8:00-11:45 during the week, 9:00-11:45 on weekends).
Shakshuka and many other wholesome dishes served up for breakfast at Rest. Baczewskich in Warsaw.

The menu offers some key European standards like shakshuka, porridge and granola, whilst elsewhere you can heartily nourish yourself with one of their many breakfast sets - 'Lviv' offers parówki sausages with fried eggs, pâté, and a salad mix, while 'Warsaw' steps it up with a grilled kiełbasa sausage and side of traditional Polish cottage cheese, radish and chives in a mix. The more indulgent of you may opt for the naleśniki pancakes, with smoked salmon and caviar as a filling. Those drawn by the dizzying aroma of all things steamy and sweet will best be suited with fried serniczki, small thick pancakes made from a cottage cheese mix, served with kaymak cream, almond flakes, cherries and sour cream! Don't forget that Rest. Baczewskich owns their own bakehouse, which means all the essential bakery goods that make their way out to you are freshly-baked every day, inspirational nourishment to start your day in Warsaw!
