A new poignant and important section of the Museum of Warsaw's main exhibit, Testimonies from the Warsaw Ghetto, opens April 2024, looking at Warsaw through the period of German occupation in the 1940s.

Opening just a few days ahead of the 81st anniversary of the Warsaw Ghetto Uprising, this exhibit presents viewers with daily life in the ghetto from various perspectives including soldiers and resistance members, women and men, amateurs and professionals. 

The exhibition includes objects recovered during archaeological digs.
