With three elegant locations around Warsaw (and one in Poznan), this award-winning steak bistro is a must for any meat enthusiasts. 
Upon entering the doors of this low-lit, cozy establishment, you'll be hit with smells of delicious meat, and the first thing that's likely to catch your eye is the enormous counter displaying the best this shop has to offer. That's various cuts of steak (sirloin, striploin, ribeye, tomahawk, T-bone, picanha, hanger, Denver, and flat iron), all sourced from around Poland, Argentina, Australia, Uruguay, the US, Japan and Spain.

But that's not all. They also offer lamb, veal, pork, organic poultry and homemade meals. You can even order online and have it shipped to anywhere in poland, or you can do take away!
 

Almost every product can be sampled on-site at their bistro, which also offers seasonal appetizers and artisanal burgers. You know you're getting something special here: Yes Butcher! has won two prestigious awards at the World Steak Challenge gala: including World's Best Grain-Fed Ribeye and a gold medal of excellence for its ribeye from a Polish Hereford Premium heifer.

Sitting at Yes Butcher!'s helm is Michał Gniadek, known to Warsaw's foodies as the chef at Plato, Zoni, and Klonn, among others. He honed his culinary skills at places like Dyspensa, the star-studded Senses, and Galvin at Windows at the Hilton Hotel in London.

This Mokotów location has an incredible ambiance, with low lighting, dark green booths, large windows and hanging plants. It's well-worth a visit.
