Ulotnie may be a newcomer on Poznań's bar scene, but the team behind it are well-known in the city's craft beer circles, and their adoption of Ministerstwo Browaru's former locale was even celebrated. Filling the beloved space with colourful, edgy and absurd art by some of Poland's most well-known street artists - including local graffiti artisti Noriaki, wheatpaster iamsomeart and Gdańsk legend Krik Kong - has turned Ulotnie into one of the trendiest venues in Poznań, bringing in a wide-ranging crowd of craft beer hounds, hipsters and students. Expanding the bar's appeal are signature cocktails, a range of tapas to munch on, and a nice garden in the back, in addition to the sidewalk tables. There's even a gaming console loaded with retro arcade classics. With 14 taps, hundreds of bottled beers, and new artwork all the time, Ulotnie is a must for anyone who appreciates craft beer and urban culture. Check it out.
