Collecting art is an exciting experience, especially when tailored for new and emerging collectors. Following an exceptionally successful first edition of the AIR4 international group exhibition at the Ravnikar Gallery Space, the summer is once again dedicated to giving art the chance it deserves. A selection of 100 prominent domestic and international artists of various generations – from Tokyo to Athens, Belgrade and Ljubljana, to Paris and Porto – will be displayed. They’ve created 100 original works of art specially for this occasion. The exploration of content diversity in fields of painting, drawing and mixed media is unified on an A4 format, while the common space connects regional artists with eminent ones from other countries who, despite this connection, do not succumb to unification, but maintain a strong, independent visual identity.
The second edition of the AIR4 exhibition preserves the conceptual seed of the project that had sprouted the previous year. The initiative offers exposure to emerging and established visual artists, whilst connecting contemporary art with people, and innovation with affordable art. AIR4 invites both the interested public and those who have not yet set foot in a gallery. Affordable prices also offer an opportunity for collectors at the beginning of their artistic journey to venture forward. The connecting of artists and collectors ensures active support for contemporary art production, while opening a window for collectors into the world of discovery, exploration and integration with contemporary art. It’s always a privilege to view the world through someone else’s eyes, but then there’s an honour of being able to take home the very piece of that artistic imagination.
Explore a selection of 100 artworks from 100 emerging and established artists, each playfully priced at €100 as an invitation for you to unravel and engage with art. Here’s your chance to give art a chance!
