Located in a historic mill in Ustrzyki Dolne, this 4-floor museum boasts 1100 square metres of exhibition space devoted to the history and process of milling grain. Most of the agricultural artefacts inside are from the 19th century, when steam and electricity replaced wind and water as the primary industrial power sources. To really grasp what you're looking at, arrange in advance for a guided tour.
