Poznań's only Michelin star restaurant, MUGA offers delicious and creative tasting menus with wine pairing. A superb slow dining experience.

MUGA exclusively offers seasonal tasting menus of 10 or 12 light, creative and delicious dishes.
These little offerings are presented so artistically that it's almost disorienting, as local ingredients take on new shapes and forms, disassociating themselves from any expectation of taste, and allowing the rich flavours to truly speak for themselves. In addition to Polish, French and Asian influences are also at play. Even the butter that goes with the complementary bread is out-of-this-world. Choose wine pairing to sample outstanding and carefully selected vintages from their immense collection next door at Casa de Vinos; those that go non-alcoholic, however, will find a wide range of interesting drinks, including 0% wines, sparkling teas and kombucha. The attentive, white-glove service is excellent, and the atmosphere is intimate and cosy as smooth-but-not-sleepy jazz plays overhead. A perfect spot for courting couples, business deals, and those looking to impress; love birds should head to the far back corner of the restaurant where intimacy is almost encouraged. This is a slow dining experience so superb it'd be a shame not to share it; make your reservation.
