Sphinx have made themselves famous in Poland by delivering reliable grilled food like burgers, kebabs, chops and steaks in idenitkit restaurants featuring brightly coloured lampshades. It fits the bill when the weather isn't great and you've got a bunch of people, including kids, who need feeding quickly without too much expense.
