Italian-owned-and-run Tesoro is an Italian restaurant, which has built a stellar reputation among locals and celebs and which is always busy. We're not going to go over the top about the food because, while we love it, we know others that can't understand its continued popularity. We love the pizza here and the atmosphere is also welcoming and friendly despite it being so busy.
Regularly eat here when in Sopot but last night's meal was so disappointing. The owner is friendly but the waitresses are appalling and rude - I would love to teach them some customer service. I think as Poland develops this restaurant will not be able to survive unless the service and manner in which you are greeted dramatically improves

Awful service. We had reserved a table but were told it would take an hour before our food would be ready. We asked for a menu in English and were told they are in Polish and Italian only. We then waited 15 minutes and still no one had taken our food or drinks order so we left the restaurant. We will not be coming back.

Used to be great but now it splits opinion right down the middle some people dislike the offhand service others will dispair as a burnt pizza arrives at the table. For those who remember Tesoro when it first opened the standard has dropped beyond the point of no return.

I am from England and have been visiting Sopot and Tesoro for many years. I was disappointed this year to find that everything had changed. There was no greeting smile or words we waited 20 minutes for our order to be taken after complaining and then the pizza were overlooked and hard. If we had not have had our grandchildren with us who were very hungry we would have asked for a refund and left. Tesoro seems to have become a victim of its own success. We won't be coming again.

in the summer & weekends it takes ages to get your order :( food actually is not that bad, like Giuseppe wrote, but pizza is great and is worth waiting ;)

extreemly high waiting times , very low or bad service.Food wasnt so excellent , all freezed fish.On a scale of 10 this restaurant gets a 4 .
