It’s said you should let go of the past—but at ZOI, the past is very much alive. Situated on the southern wall of Diocletian’s Palace, beside the Emperor’s former dining room, ZOI offers a fine dining experience shaped by centuries of Mediterranean life. Led by Spanish chef Alberto Garcia Perez, ZOI’s cuisine draws on the culinary traditions of Croatia, Italy, Spain, North Africa, and beyond. The seasonal tasting menus—ECHO and TERRA—offer two distinct perspectives on the Mediterranean, while the à la carte selection features equally thoughtful, flavour-driven dishes for a more flexible experience. Ancient stone walls meet modern design, and the sea-view terrace offers one of the most iconic dining settings on the Adriatic. ZOI continues to earn recognition from Michelin, Gault&Millau, and Falstaff—and remains a restaurant not to be missed.
