Started in 2011, Tallinn Photomonth focuses on contemporary art and visual culture. The artist-led biennial looks at developments in art and society, in a world mediated by cameras, screens, and images. The main programme has exhibitions opening throughout September and October at different venues throughout the city, as well as many more public events and an education programme for schools. Tallinn Photomonth also includes The Photographic Art Fair, which is the country’s first and only contemporary art fair.
