Yoga practice helps you to achieve a state of relaxation and calm while making your body stronger. Take advantage of the yoga classes we offer every Thursday between 7.30 am and 8.30 am at Koneser. The dates are October 31st, November 7th, 21st, 28th and December 5th, 12th, and 19th. So grab your water bottle, pull on those spandex pants, and hit the mat. Mindfully, of course. We provide yoga mats.
