August Zamoyski, a Polish sculptor, member of the Formiści group. The influence of the group was highly visible in his works, although later in his life he turned to studies of nature and Classicism. During the last twenty years of his life Zamoyski created sculptures of religious nature. The collection of 93 sculptures has just been acquired  in March by the National Museum in Warsaw. In addition to the sculptures, the collection includes 12 drawings, many rough sketches, and a few of his students' sculptures. On display there are tools used by the artist, as well as cases in which the sculptures were transported from France. An interesting aspect of the exhibition will be   conservation of artworks, performed on site.
