This milk bar (bar mleczny) represents one of the few places in Wrocław where you can still a meal for under 25zł. Right across from Wrocław's opulent opera house, Różowa Krowa ('The Pink Cow') offers better branding, marketing and a slightly more modern interior than you'd typically expect from a milk bar, but we won't argue that the food or overall experience is really that different than that of yesteryear. In fact, the food may have been better back in the day. Inside you'll find all walks of life, drawn by the convenient location and affordable prices. There's also outside seating in the warm months, with views of the Opera. If you need a concrete meal and aren't too fussed about service, atmosphere, selection or quality, by all means.
