This popular Parisian bakery/bistro has scored big with their latest location in Park Wilson's 'Betonhaus' - a concrete pavilion created for the East German Exhibition in 1911. Much nicer than that sounds, the Betonhaus features a high, arched ceiling with original bas-reliefs and Germanic motifs, a spacious park-side terrace, and a spiral staircase going up to a second-level open-air terrace. Petit Paris have enhanced this huge historical space with a central bar/bakery display counter, Art Deco lights and furnishings, mirrors, and their signature French baked goods, breakfasts, crepes, quiches and other delicious sweet and savoury bites. Great coffee, tea, lemonades, wine and prosecco are a given here, but they also have some bigger lunch/dinner entrees like 'Chicken Supreme with truffle sauce' (59zł). With big queues, particularly on weekends, there's no doubt that this has become one of the trendiest places in Poznań for a bubbly, but you can clearly see why. The views, the atmosphere, the aesthetics and the aperitifs are all top-notch.
