Opened in November 2023, it looks set to be a popular stop, conveniently located on Jan Smuts Avenue between Rosebank and Dunkeld. 

With two floors of art and objects to explore, you'll want to take your time to explore. 223 Jan Smuts is home to Berman Contemporary, Candice Berman Gallery, The Creatory, knitwear label Romaria, Something Good Studios, known for their limited edition art blankets, Open Art SA and Framing@223.

There is guarded parking outside the building and also limited spaces inside the property.
