Heyman began practising yoga in 2007. He ditched a corporate job - he studied commercial engineering - to become a full-time instructor in 2014. His classes accommodate advanced and beginner yogis, and are taught at a slow but intense pace.
"Joburg is a very busy and high-paced city. There is an amazing energy, but at the same time the fast pace and daily demands can cause lots of pressure and stress.
