Artist Alexandra Ross’s new exhibition <em>Twenty Thousand Apparitions</em> wanders through ambiguous spaces, grappling with ghosts in abstract multi-media paintings and collages. Sensual and mysterious, Ross's works are infused with several layers of suggestive and fragile ethereal images or 'apparitions' that hint at the transcience of life. Ross seamlessly combines digital photography, oil paint and silkscreen to create works open to 'twenty thousand interpretations'.
