​Currently part of the private home of jeweller Christopher Greig and his wife Susan, the impressive Beechwood Gardens boasts a rainforest, a water garden, colonnade and a formal rose garden. The gardens were laid out in 1945 by legendary landscape architect Joane Pim, a founder member of the Institute of Landscape Architects of South Africa, and are among the most beautiful private gardens in the city.
