The Minnesota Orchestra takes to the Linder Auditorium stage at the University of Witwatersrand for two concerts on Sat Aug 14 and on Sun Sep 18. During their South African tour the orchestra also hosts masterclasses and workshops with local students.

On the programmer for their performance at Linder Auditorium you can look forward to the music of Leonard Bernstein, George Gershwin, Duke Ellington, Astor Piazzolla, and Paquito D’ Rivera well as African-American spirituals, and brand new work by award-winning composer Jack Stamp.

Performances take place Sun Aug 14 at 15:00 and again on Sun Sep 18 at 15:00.
