In partnership with two of South Africa's biggest décor, design, and lifestyle exhibitions – Decorex and 100% Design Africa – this event is a chance to see some of Africa's most significant local talent alongside standout global names.
Spanning five floors of the Sandton Convention Centre, it's going to be the biggest edition yet, with halls dedicated to renovations and building, kitchens and bathrooms, and collaborations shaping the future of decor. You'll find cutting-edge local furniture, lighting, and design, and a Capitec handmadeAFRICA market where visitors can shop designer goods from across the continent.
We're looking forward to encountering the work of 2025 Decorex Joburg Designer of the Year, multi-award-winning Charles O Job. The Zurich-based, Lagos-born architect and designer will showcase a curated selection of his iconic chairs and speak to a decade of innovation on the Future Talks stage.

Bringing together leading voices from across design, retail, and craft, other highlights on the Future Talks lineup include Stephen Klein, the CEO of interior architecture practice Klein Concepts, and Sinegugu Ngxongo, the founder eco-friendly brand Bambizulu. The full schedule can be found on the Decorex app.
Those looking for a hands-on experience will enjoy the Create Café for ceramics workshops led by Kendall Simon of Create Lonehill. The team from Food Jams will be in the house to host live cooking sessions as part of the @home Cooking Studio.
